We have created this Director role to support our continued business growth and client focus. The role is permanent and can be full time or part time.

We are open to candidates with experience in the public or private sectors. We are particularly keen on candidates who consider they have the credibility and network to be able to win or help win new clients, and could add to our expertise.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • As part of the Management Team:
    • Lead the delivery of advice to clients, developing new business, and running the organisation with due consideration of financial implications and broader risk factors

    • Develop the strategy and ambition for the business and associated targets through the annual business plan

    • Foster new business opportunities and build on existing client opportunities

  • Maintain culture of Fingleton as a place where individuals thrive and enjoy working

  • Maintain and enhance internal capabilities, including recruiting, line managing and developing others
