Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to help develop and implement the marketing strategy that underpins our business growth and client development. The role is permanent and can be full time or part time.

*professional services experience would be useful but is not essential

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide input into the marketing, business development, client development strategy (including researching and presenting relevant initiatives with costings)

  • Manage the implementation of a broad variety of marketing and client development activities, for example marketing collateral, events and email (including day-to-day management of appointed third parties)

  • Develop and manage a CRM to support the development of client relationships and business opportunities

  • Coordinate projects with an awareness of quality, budget and timescale targets

  • Own the delivery of an effective digital strategy that enhances our brand, including maintaining our website and developing our social media strategy

  • Develop market insights to help steer business strategy

  • Embed best practice client development initiatives across the business

  • Embed best practice pipeline management

  • Produce monthly BD activity reports to improve the process and quality of pitch work

  • Support the creation of compelling collateral for pitch, RFI and PR purposes
