David Stallibrass


David advises leaders of significant international firms on their regulatory strategies. By combining his experience as a practicing competition and consumer enforcement economist with nuanced policy and strategy insight, David helps firms navigate complex and novel challenges in both fast-moving technology sectors and more traditional regulated industries.

His prior experience to joining Fingleton includes being the first expert economist to provide testimony at the Supreme Peoples Court of China, acting as the Special Advisor to the Chair of the Egyptian Competition Authority, and as a Director at the UK Office of Fair Trading responsible for consumer protection and competition enforcement in the health and professional services industries.

David has degrees from Oxford University and the London School of Economics, has published a number of articles on antitrust and regulation, and lectures on contemporary antitrust issues.
