Nikki helps businesses shape regulatory change and navigate regulatory intervention. Her experience working as a regulator, and advising and working within regulated businesses gives her tremendous insight into how regulators think and engage. Nikki has a passion for working closely with clients going through market investigations to achieve positive outcomes. The breadth and depth of Nikki’s experience informs her accessible and pragmatic advice. 

Nikki has a wealth of experience developing and delivering government policy and regulatory strategy, including within the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), National Air Traffic Services (NATS) and the UK competition agency. She also headed up economic regulation at Southern Water and was instrumental in helping Heathrow Airport navigate new government and regulatory policies.
