Sam adopts a creative approach to addressing the regulatory and political risks they face. He is particularly experienced in advising businesses facing emerging or unconventional challenges associated with the innovative use of technology.

He also provides expert public policy insight and analysis, and has led several industry reviews for Fingleton, including on Open Banking and open data in the energy market.

Sam is a Senior Fellow of the Adam Smith Institute, a Non-Executive Director of the drug policy think tank Volteface, and Founder of the Entrepreneurs Network. He was previously Executive Director of the Adam Smith Institute, an economic policy think tank in Westminster.

Having worked as part of the Fingleton team from 2018 to 2020, Sam is now an Advisor to the business.
