Simon advises clients facing complex business challenges with a focus on mitigating regulatory risk, driving performance, and achieving the best commercial outcome. He combines a depth of experience and understanding of how regulators and policy makers think and make decisions with a sharp awareness of commercial reality.

Prior to joining Fingleton, Simon held senior roles in central government, regulators and a number of large regulated corporates. He brings more than a decade of experience sitting on executive teams and Boards (both as a business unit director and non-executive director) with executive responsibility for corporate strategy and regulation.

Simon joined Fingleton as a Director in April 2020.
