Adam’s expertise helps businesses facing CMA investigations develop a robust strategic approach by incorporating early thinking around remedy options. Adam was Director of Remedies, Business and Financial Analysis at the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) for over six years. During this time, he led remedy design in high profile mergers including Microsoft/Activision and Sainsbury’s/Asda, and significant markets work. He also helped develop the CMA’s approach to remedies policy, including in relation to the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act.
Having held various director roles at Ofgem, Adam’s expertise also helps energy leaders accomplish more by embedding the regulator’s mindset into strategic planning and engagement.
