Andrea provides trusted advice to corporate boards and senior executives, and key stakeholders in professional services firms. 

She is a highly experienced senior executive, board member and competition practitioner, with over 25 years’ experience of working on cutting edge competition issues in both the private and public sector.

Andrea was formerly a member of the board and senior executive team at the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA), having joined from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer where she was a partner. Andrea led the CMA’s approach to markets and mergers for several years, and was responsible for decisions on some of the most complex national and international mergers and market reviews. She also oversaw the CMA’s conduct of regulatory appeals. As part of the role, she worked closely with other government departments in developing regulatory policy and new legislation.

Andrea joined Fingleton as a Senior Advisor from the advisory firm Brunswick in 2024.
