Caroline has a dual role in the business. She combines creativity with attention to detail, to help deliver events for our clients and co-advisors. She also provides executive support to our CEO, enabling him to focus on key client and business priorities. 

Caroline previously worked in event management and customer-facing roles. She is a trained actor and studied at The Oxford School of Drama, and joined Fingleton in 2025.
