Guillermo helps clients to get ahead of regulatory and policy change. He has first-hand experience in developing and implementing innovative strategies to navigate complex regulatory environments, securing sustainable positive outcomes for businesses and consumers.
He combines a global perspective with in-depth knowledge of economic regulation, particularly in infrastructure. Before joining Fingleton, Guillermo worked for Heathrow Airport, where he led the airport’s regulatory strategy department. Prior to this, he worked for Ferrovial Aeropuertos.
Guillermo is a trained economist, educated in Spain, Sweden and the UK. He holds a MSc in Economics from Birkbeck, University of London.
Guillermo joined Fingleton in 2021.
