Louise focuses on connecting the wants, needs and desires of our clients with our commercial offerings, drawing on her experience leading client services, marketing and brand.

She is passionate about getting under the skin of what matters most to our clients, proactively incorporating insights into the continued development of our client experience, communications and brand.

Prior to joining Fingleton, Louise headed up commercial services at a specialist IT security consultancy. Before this, she was responsible for business development at BT, with a focus on developing trusted relationships with business leaders.

Louise joined Fingleton in 2019 as a Director, responsible for Business Development.
