Tom ensures Fingleton's finance operations support the developing needs of our business and clients by applying his business expertise and extensive knowledge of financial technologies. Tom’s pragmatic and relationship-focused approach also enables him to work collaboratively with the team to aid decision-making.

Tom is an ACA Chartered Accountant from an audit practice background. He has previously worked in a diverse set of businesses and brings a wealth of experience navigating the complexities associated with business growth, efficiency and innovation. 

Tom joined Fingleton in 2025 as Finance Manager.
